Dear brothers and sisters,
The holy days before us are not ordinary days. They are the most sacred and solemn moments of the entire year—the days in which our salvation was accomplished through the Passion, Crucifixion, and Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The Church calls us to be present—not as spectators, not in passing, but with our whole being. To neglect these services, to choose other priorities, to remain absent without true necessity, is to turn away from the very heart of our faith.
Let us be honest with ourselves: we make time for what we truly value. If Christ is first in our lives, then these holy services must also come first.
Do not let these days pass you by. Do not be content with a distant or minimal participation. Make the effort. Rearrange your schedule. Set aside lesser things. Come and stand before the Lord—at the Mystical Supper, at His Cross, and at His Life-giving Tomb.
This is the path to renewal. This is the path to life. This is the path to the joy of the Resurrection.
Let us come together, faithfully and wholeheartedly, and not deprive ourselves of the grace that God so freely offers.
As you can see, many of these holy services will be celebrated together with our brothers and sisters from St. Paul Church. This is not by chance, but a blessing and an opportunity.
Let us receive it as such.
Let us show, not only in words but in our presence, our unity in faith. Let us recognize in one another the children of God, called to the same salvation, standing together before the same Lord.
Please note the time update for Holy Thursday and Holy Friday services!
With great joy and gratitude to God, we invite all of our families to join us in celebrating the radiant feast of the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. This is the Feast of Feasts, the day that fills our hearts with hope, light, and the victory of life over death.
Our parish celebration will be a beautiful opportunity to come together as one family in Christ. The day will be filled with joy and fellowship, featuring children’s singing, fun activities, and a spirit of true Paschal rejoicing.
To make this celebration even more special, we invite everyone to participate by bringing a dish to share. Our Circle of Serbian Sisters – Kolo is preparing a festive Easter lunch buffet on April 12, 2026. They will lovingly provide main dish for our celebration. We warmly invite you to contribute by helping prepare additional dishes from the menu on this sign up sheet.
Please consider signing up and joining in this shared effort, so that together we may celebrate the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ as one united and joyful family. In this way, our festive table will reflect the love, generosity, and unity of our parish community. Please take a moment to sign up and let us know what you would like to bring.
Let us gather in the light of the Resurrection, sharing not only food, but also faith, joy, and love with one another.
We look forward to celebrating together!
Christ is Risen! Indeed He is Risen!
