On Sunday, August 16, our parish gathered in prayer as we prepared our children, students and their teachers for the beginning of a new school year. Following the Divine Liturgy, a special service - Invocation of the Holy Spirit was offered, asking God to grant our children wisdom, understanding, strength, and perseverance in their studies.
